Subscriptions renew weekly, and the cutoff time for changes or new orders is Wednesday at 12 AM.

No problem! You can easily skip an upcoming delivery by visiting the Manage Subscription  in the menu before Thursday at midnight. If we don’t hear from you, we’ll assume you’re expecting your bouquet, and refunds won’t be available.
